As our Head Processor and true Pipeline Manager, she is so much more than a processor—she is the backbone of our operation, ensuring every file moves smoothly, efficiently, and on time from contract to closing.

Known for her incredible organization, problem-solving skills, and proactive communication, Kristina keeps our entire team aligned and our clients informed every step of the way. She works closely with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, insurance agents, and our internal team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. From managing deadlines and chasing conditions to anticipating potential hurdles before they arise, she is the steady force that keeps the loan process moving forward.

Kristina leads with her favorite mantra: “TEAMwork all day erry day,” and that perfectly reflects the energy she brings to our branch every single day. She believes that great service comes from strong collaboration, and she is always the first to jump in, support the team, and help create solutions. Her commitment to excellence, positive attitude, and genuine care for both clients and coworkers make her an irreplaceable part of what we do.
